IDC is structured differently than many other organizations. First, we believe that people should be compensated for their work proportionally. With our unique Profit Equity system, members of IDC are compensated with a proportional percentage of their contributed work on any project, whenever that project succeeds as a whole. We also strive to maintain a fast paced development time. This is enabled by forming teams centered around individual projects. Based upon your application and/or interview information, you will be placed with a project and team that should be uniquely interesting and valuable for you.
