Below are a few testimonials of current and former employee experiences.

“I have been fortunate enough to work in the IDC office on campus at Missouri S&T. The company has done a fantastic job of making a relaxing environment. Coming to the office to work is an escape from my hectic schedule; the work I’m assigned is interesting and engaging making it seem more like a hobby than a job!” –Kelly Burnett, Business Consultant

“As a founder of IDC, I ensure the company strives to provide employees with the proper tools for success. Be that tool a relaxing work environment, the proper equipment, or having an employees favorite soft drink on hand when they show up to work, IDC guarantees each employee is treated with respect for their hard work and dedication.” –Michael Orlando, Chief Executive Officer

“Working with IDC has given me some great real world experience. Although I've left Rolla after graduating from Missouri S&T, I'm still able to work with IDC in a different capacity. I love the concept of the profit-equity model – when I work with a group I get paid in proportion to the amount of work I contribute to a project.” –Paul Voss, Project Manager
