Nathan is one of IDC's software developers, focusing on web frameworks for now. He is a second year PhD student in Computer Science at Missouri S&T, where he got his Bachelors in both Computer Science and Physics. He primarily uses C/C++ and Python in his work, but is comfortable using Perl, Bash, Java, and a little bit of Lisp (and others). He can also leverage the power of several frameworks, and avidly believes in the "right tool for the job" mentality. He is studying computer languages, compilers, and high performance computing. Outside of the computing world, Nathan is an active member of the Missouri S&T Miner League Theatre Players, plays video games, and enjoys singing and playing piano. He is currently a GTA in the Computer Science department.
