Position: Mobile App/Gaming Marketing Lead

IDC seeks a self-motivated marketer and promoter to increase sales on our existing and upcoming mobile software offerings. With an upcoming focus on mobile gaming, we have developed a team capable of designing and creating beautiful and entertaining games, but we need someone to focus on getting them into the hands of customers. “Gamers” are preferred for this position.

Position: Website Developer (PHP)
Project:MemJog.net

IDC is looking for one self-motivated developer with experience in PHP in relation to database driven website design. You should be able to provide a resume, references and a portfolio/examples of previous related work. The scope of work for this position includes writing PHP scripts which will query a MySQL database for information, send emails based on such information, and integrate the PayPal Web Services API for automatic payment scheduling. Documentation is important for this position, and extensive and clear in-line code comments are expected. It is prefered that the applicant be accustomed to using other web-based APIs and their common patterns of use and design. The expected time commitment for the lifespan of this project is approximately 10-15 hours per week for 2 months and then 5-10 hours per week for the following 5 months. Developers that are successful in this project will be invited to continue and expand upon other projects.

Position: Web/Visual Designer
Project: Unique Identifier Database Application Programming Interface

IDC is searching for a qualified, self-motivated designer with experience building database driven web sites or services. In conjunction with a PHP Developer, this position’s applicant will work in two phases. The first phase will be to complete the developer-side of the main website which has a front-end for marketing purposes and a back-end for administration of a developers account. This back-end has the ability to setup user accounts, make API keys, run test queries, etc... The developer community forums will be hosted either off-site or use an existing free bulletin board package. The second phase is to develop example sites and applications which interface with the API, examples of these sites might be simple product lookups, map mashups, submission tools using a variety of input formats, etc. IDC is planning on using these example sites as developer resources by releasing the source code for easy replication by new developers.
